Refund policy
The Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal and return the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment he or she has obtained possession of the goods, without indicating the reason for return.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the store of the decision to withdraw from the purchase by sending an unambiguous notice to the email: zedizains@gmail.com.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. After receiving the email, we will inform the Consumer and provide instructions on how and where to return the goods.
The right of withdrawal expires after 14 calendar days from the day when the Consumer has acquired possession of the goods, or when a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the Consumer, has acquired possession of the goods. To avoid misunderstandings, at the moment of receiving the goods please make sure that they fully correspond to what was ordered.
If the Consumer withdraws from this contract, ZeDizains will refund all payments received from the Consumer under the specific distance contract for the goods, except for the delivery costs of the goods and the return delivery amount, no later than 14 days from the day when ZeDizains has received the goods sent/returned by the Consumer.
When returning the goods, the Consumer must ensure appropriate transport packaging, namely, the original packaging of the goods must obligatorily be packed in another packaging suitable for transportation. Otherwise, the postal employee may refuse to accept the goods. To avoid misunderstandings, we recommend insuring the goods intended for return; otherwise, responsibility for damage to the goods is assumed by the Consumer.
Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 of 20 May 2014 “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts”, Section 22, stipulates that the Consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal if:
• The price of the goods or service depends on fluctuations in the financial market which the seller or service provider cannot control and which may occur within the withdrawal period;
• The goods are manufactured according to the Consumer’s instructions or the goods are clearly personalized;
• The goods deteriorate quickly or expire soon;
• The Consumer has opened the packaging of goods which cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons (such goods as electric toothbrush, epilator, electric shaver, beard/hair trimmer, electric hair clipper, hair straighteners, manicure and pedicure accessories, underwear, socks and tights, perfumes, cosmetic products, in-ear audio headphones, breast pumps, portable toilets, household chemical products and other goods of a similar nature);
• Due to their nature, the goods after delivery have been irreversibly mixed with other items;
• The Consumer has opened the packaging of audio recordings, video recordings or computer software;
• The contract has been concluded for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the supply of digital content has been started with the Consumer’s prior explicit consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
ZeDizains draws attention to the fact that if a decrease in value of the returned goods is established, it may apply to court with a statement of claim against the Consumer for compensation of damages caused by Jānis Lūkass Kozlovskis as a result of the Consumer’s actions.
