We offer free shipping across all European Union countries.
Shipping to European countries outside the EU (such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway) is €15.

All items are made to order and carefully crafted before dispatch.

Processing Time

Production time is 3–7 business days.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery within Europe is 4–15 business days, depending on destination and courier service.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused

The item must be in its original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We only cover return shipping costs if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
